Green Elopement
An elopement is an intimate wedding requiring fewer resources. Here is a list of advice to help you in the organisation of your eco-friendly elopement to respect the planet in line with your values.
1. The place
If you elope with Wild Romance, you will get married in a wild destination ! We therefore select unique places not far from where you live to avoid many kilometers and favor carpooling.
2. Wedding suppliers
Try to select local and commited providers. For example, you can get invitations with recyclable paper or a wedding dress created with organic paper. The important thing is that they can respect your engagement.
3. Caterer's commitment
It's better to find a caterer who works with seasonal, organic, vegan products and who also care about food waste. Think for example of the doggy bag for your guests who will leave from your wedding happier !
4. Decoration
Favor a decoration made with recovery, DIY or rental items. We can do the same for the wedding dress and flowers can be replanted or distributed to hospitals.
5. Your make-up and hair
Some make-up artists use some products not tested on animals, organic or vegan. It's better for you, but also for the environment, a winning duo !
6. Respect for nature
Wild Romance encourages the respect for nature and the concept of "leave no trace" that is enjoying nature without leaving any waste on the celebration place.
